As usual with a blog I miss all the holidays, but this does not mean that they are in real life. Well, St. Patrick's Day (which "celebrate" just because I'm a student would like to go into some Irish Pub, hihi) I quite accidentally celebrate with a drink that was not beer or whiskey, but it was green and there was a smoothie, but is handicapped concoction from slightly bitter Japanese tea and a slightly sweet and quite creamy soy milk. Nothing Irish, right? The important thing is spring saco and it is green!
Matcha is my favorite tea, and whenever anyone goes to Japan, begging for packets Matcha tea. Actually I like all Japanese teas, which I tried, but Matcha but victory. And one of my favorite ways to prepare them is in the form of Matcha latte, ie with foamy milk modeled saco after latte macchiato. Whenever I'm in Ljubljana, I want the tea house that you subscribe to your favorite "Matcha latte with soy milk, but if you can be a little stronger, more please" (Ljubljana some friends, I was getting fed up with this ...).
