La Pavoni Lusso Mignon - Heating Hi, I bought the "bridging" a La Pavoni mignon. Real bitch and a diva this machine! Nothing compared to my previous machines, Saeco, Gaggia and KittchenAid. It takes a lot more time - Espresso Spend is celebrated here not made. Absolutely not for beginners! I have a small problem with the machine. The heater only heats up to about 83 C., as measured by the brew head? That's at least 10 C. not enough! If I Termometer with hot water from the kettle pour over shows the Termometer 95 c. of. Should I remove the heating times and descale properly - or what it can still give reasons? Thank you for your tips and advice. Greetings Günter

I admire Tara for their optimism to even want to come to terms with an unregulated Mignon, that's high school. If at Tara espresso virus first struck, would not be surprised to find in their signature a larger second machine.

It says in Einkreisern "The boiler is operated so that steam can be removed. Massive brew group has the task of that hot water boiler to cool to reference temperature." That explains your 'problem'. (Screw on the grinder very beginning rotate or remove it completely.) My previous conclusion - a worthwhile espresso machine - if you are dealt in detail with the technique and preparation. I got the chance to get hold of ne old Pavoni, very old, without Presso, with thin, metal toggle switches, pasabler optical condition BUT leaky boiler. So allegedly leaking neither to the closures or seals, but really on the boiler, but it should still work, reasonably ... s give it at all and you can not do what, degree in sonem old model? Welding? I did not even get to the part to run on the current pavonis tion boiler as a spare part found ... s give ne chance and what would be the part in both cases because so worth it?

Difficult to deal with most Pavonis ... this is so the only where it is needed in the special tool (if that is similar to the very old Pavonis I can not say for sure). Hi folks, Some time ago a friend bought a machine and I have promised to wait, but this has attracted quite a while to him. Actually, he wanted the Pavoni Pub for his office, soon there in his life but a change of employer and he has first problems other than another coffee at work. Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub News from the submarines. The boiler includes one cover was a bit polished: The frame had some rust, but nothing serious. I have polished it out as best I could. Painting I did not want, I am of the opinion that one may view the machine their age a bit. Meanwhile, I also know that the machine of 1993, this number can be found on several parts of the teens. The boiler esam cover I really like when technology just always so beautiful ... All new bolts used are stainless steel, so you will have no problems at the next service. Your comments have helped morally today on the third Werkstatttag esam one behind the other, to the unfortunately all preceded me much slower than planned.
