Hi folks, Some time ago a friend bought a machine and I have promised to wait, but this has attracted quite a while to him. Actually, he wanted the Pavoni Pub for his office, soon there in his life but a change of employer and he has first problems other than another coffee at work. Possibly. will therefore esam soon end the little machine in the market place, let's esam see. In any case, the overhaul is already fairly well advanced, so I will lead them to the end. The Pavoni has worked from the beginning, but it was already taken Gastrobetrieb after many years. Here you can see times the initial state from above. Very nice is the bleeder valve on the water level glass, so that one does not always have the moisture on the boiler when heating. She also had a little rust, but it looks worse than it is: Of course there were the usual Kalkaustritt on the heating and beautifully rusted boiler bolts. However, For me indemnified the "Art esam Nouveau" boiler cover, since the designer has definitely made trouble: There is sometimes a detail of: Here you can see the boiler from the inside and the reason why I would always descale a Gastro Bomber: Unfortunately, the screws were corroded on the boiler cover. Actually, all spare parts are still available .... you guessed it to on! However, a nice forum member could help me.
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub This is what the whole this morning, esam after a leisurely esam bath in citric acid from. Teillweise the coating is still on it, where once there was water in the boiler. However, it is very strong and it seems that it would bring a few more hours in the acid bath to dissolve them. That's why I let the boiler just how it is. Other parts, such as the water level glass, I've cleaned manually to get the chrome layer:
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub News from the submarines. The boiler includes one cover was a bit polished: The frame had some rust, but nothing serious. I have polished it out as best I could. Painting I did not want, I am of the opinion that one may view the machine their age a bit. Meanwhile, I also know that the machine of 1993, this number can be found on several parts of the teens. The boiler esam cover I really like when technology just always so beautiful ... All new bolts used are stainless steel, so you will have no problems at the next service. Whoever is using the machine later, Jules Verne, he should have already esam read. :-D
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub Reads here actually someone with or interested in the here someone? Here again, the final score of 15 minutes, for today, I'm done. So slowly esam I want it but do not give up.
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub Since you're interested, if anyone is reading, I wanted to give a short feedback. With joy I have read the text and viewed with the more enthusiastically the images of the working curve. Thank you, at least lets me be part of us, at that. Regards, Marcel
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub I read the thread with also, find the boiler lid really cool. La Marzocco GS3 seen Hab ne with glass covers, so what comes in the cover super determined esam over. Keep it up! Greeting Duc
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub Yes looks good. The cover, I would still work with a brass brush for Borhmaschine, then the copper layer goes off and the beautiful brass shines again.
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub I read seeeeehr with interested and am always amazed at what you rausholt from the down gerockten boxes! I would also like to be able: roll:
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub Thank you, dear Mitforisten. Your comments have helped morally today on the third Werkstatttag esam one behind the other, to the unfortunately all preceded me much slower than planned. The grand finale was a lack of coupling part in the assembly of the final part. : -? In the DIY store I discovered at 19.45 that the 1/4 inch thread do not know, and certainly no parts have it. The order in XXL is out, then the machine will stop until next week ready. I can not complain anyway, so far everything went really smoothly, except that I need twice as much time as planned ... So much for time management. :-D @ Ski_Andi: Do you think that under the copper layer nor the old brass layer is? The tip came too late, now everything is installed so you can walk almost to the lid. I take that however you on the next plane to heart, because if I back a men's eights.
Re: overhaul Pavoni Pub 1/4 inch threaded know many DIY stores already, BUT in the compressed esam air department and not at the Sani
