La Pavoni Lusso Mignon - Heating Hi, I bought the "bridging" a La Pavoni mignon. Real bitch and a diva this machine! Nothing compared to my previous machines, Saeco, Gaggia and KittchenAid. It takes a lot more time - Espresso Spend is celebrated here not made. Absolutely not for beginners! I have a small problem with the machine. The heater only heats up to about 83 C., as measured by the brew head? That's at least 10 C. not enough! If I Termometer with hot water from the kettle pour over shows the Termometer 95 c. of. Should I remove the heating times and descale properly - or what it can still give reasons? Thank you for your tips and advice. Greetings Günter
Re: La Pavoni Lusso Mignon - Heating What do you want ueberbruecken? Read the thread times: http://www.kaffee-netz.de/espresso-und-kaffeemaschinen/11276-la-pavoni-mignon-anf-ngerfragen.html Edith: by the way had a great thread from 2006, Taras beginnings And Roger even then right and could see into the future:
I admire Tara for their optimism to even want to come to terms with an unregulated Mignon, that's high school. If at Tara espresso virus first struck, would not be surprised to find in their signature a larger second machine.

It says in Einkreisern "The boiler is operated so that steam can be removed. Massive brew group has the task of that hot water boiler to cool to reference temperature." That explains your 'problem'. Re: La Pavoni Lusso Mignon - Heating Hi Helge and Uli, thanks for the technical guidance and advice. @ Helge To bridge I mean that I do not always juicer machine have time - to celebrate Make Espresso! If something has to be fast, a Silvia or Gaggia Classic or small QuickMill's just better! Will today again some espresso with more pressure (stage II!) Prepare. Thanks to the coffee tasting package of a good LONG Mill - QuickMill Apollo and a tamper (to At La Pavoni / may not overtighten "tampern"?) Works well slowly with the crema. Not so perekt juicer machine on pictures or YouTube but acceptable juicer machine - Cafe is not bitter or sour! Will my QuickMill Apollo something "tune" to still get finer ground coffee. (Screw on the grinder very beginning rotate or remove it completely.) My previous conclusion - a worthwhile espresso machine - if you are dealt in detail with the technique and preparation. It has the Handhbel the La Pavoni very different ways of preparation - rather than push the button! Best regards and have a nice weekend at this barbecue weather Günter
Click in this box to view it in full size. ... The steps I and II have pretty much and nothing at all to do with the pressure. Re: La Pavoni Lusso Mignon juicer machine - Heating Hi Olli, that was with the "pressure" of course, a "Freudian slip"! Of course I mean the water temperature - otherwise I could not even reported! juicer machine The function of the hand lever is now known to me. Regards Günter
Re: La Pavoni Lusso Mignon - Heating Hm, so I let my Lizzy at Level II high heat until it sizzles, then switch back to I. at II levers I'd be afraid that she kicks me. can also only times hot water through the brew head pass into the cup, the second espresso would in fact with me usually better. my goal in more distant times as an aromatic "liqueur" rauszuquetschen from her as "the legend of Walter and his Pro from coffee make anno ... Reported net" of which I am still forever away, but he is quite ok, so can s so wrong not to be.

Re: La Pavoni Mignon Luss - Heating without Roger he would not have been right. He has so unglaublcih juicer machine helped me a lot, always knew a solution and had so much patience with me. I think alone that motivates me to keep on and to practice until I THE perfect shot you produce me; fortunately the Bezzi is almost finished, as it is, without it makes it not fun times further modify dranzu. : Cry: But Lizzy is still on the list at some point to create juicer machine what I wanted back then ... to master the fine art of espresso preparation - an unregulated 2-stage ...
