Hi a friend has the La Pavoni Professional. Factory, the jewel is unfortunately equipped with a three-hole nozzle for milk foam (or was it two holes?). Regardless, it's as good as impossible, even I have already o expresso paid dearly here and get nothing since except expanding o expresso foam out. With my Silvia steam wand I do that now blind. Who has a tip for the purchase of a single-hole nozzle ranpasst to the La Pavoni? I have all I know spare parts shops and by no provider found. A 10 mm (maybe threw a 6 mm. Oh, I can not check at the moment because I borrowed the Pavoni, but you take the original nozzle with and can the correct thread o expresso when buying measure) nut buy at the hardware store (you can buy in Edelstehl) and with a 1 or 1.5 mm drill bit drill a hole. Re: Replace nozzle La Pavoni yes, so you roll a lot easier the milk, look here, the link was posted once before (CoffeeGeek). Personally, I get more than one hole in any case no reasonable roll out, probably because the vapor radiates in many directions or the power is subjectively less and this then affects counterproductive. But unfortunately, this solution is not particularly visually appealing.

Re: Replace nozzle La Pavoni After I've also thought briefly about a nozzle reconstruction with my Euro Piccola, I have tried it again with the factory 3-hole nozzle. With a bit of practice (ie, after about 1-2 days intensive practicing, even with water) I then got very good latte art down-grade milk froth: o expresso Once one has the sense of achievement, it works then almost with ease. It is imho especially to the correct position of the lance in the jug on (I use one with 0.35 l). It is also important to me that the milk is ONLY turns before the actual drawing phase begins. Hi, I'm looking for a new tamper for my peacock lady. Currently I still use a 48mm tamper. The screens of the Pavoni have but about 49.3 mm. I think therefore my channeling problems come .. In my research I came across the Tamperbells and meet pretty coffee percolator much my needs (49mm and convex), except for the price. I think that's almost outrageously expensive. Is there still a more favorable vll also used alternative? Otherwise, I tend to use the following. Although actual plan, but the diameter seems selected sensibly: Pavoni Tamper 49.1 mm - Espresso Parts, Pavoni, Faema, Vibiemme, Gaggia, Rancilio, Bezzera, Astoria, coffee percolator Elektra, San Marco, BFC What do you think? Convex is supposed to be very useful when Einzelsieb.

I also have the 49mm tamper Concept Art When Einersieb fits the very good, lacking even if the edge is still a "mu" (or μ?); when Zweiersieb he is just a millimeter too narrow. With proper freeness and eierndem tampern excellent results. But retaining only the use of Zweiersiebs on the Pavoni is not useful (unless of course double ristretto)

The fits me really perfect, had previously a 48er, which was cumbersome because the coffee grounds coffee percolator had always pushed to the sides. Of course you have not had because of the tamper coffee percolator channeling problems, eh. I do not know a convex 49.5mm Tamper. Why should the fact be convex better? Last week I my new old LaPavoni entkalt: boiler, keurig coupons brew group and the same were free of lime, the heating element looked for how Kappakokien. Re: La Pavoni Professional broken? Hi, thanks for the help. Wiring should vote actually has indeed works all the time. The thermal fuse seems to be ok, at least power comes through. Although I'm no expert, but that should surely not be so when the backup comes. Heating? Pressure switch? What irritates me is the fact that the power switch does not display anything, so that the light stays off .... but power seems to come by.
Re: La Pavoni Professional broken? It may well be that only the lamp is broken. This should not restrict the operation. The pressure switch is the pressure regulator ensures that the heat is switched on. The heating redflava is the heating pipe in the boiler. The pressure regulator is a small device on the sub-floor, to the go a few cables, and is connected with a pipe to the boiler. The pipe from the boiler to the floor Pressostat calcified probably like, which is why the pressure redflava regulator not properly detect the pressure and thus the heater can not operate.

Tinker with the original tube I would not, especially since it would hardly user-friendly.
