And again want to improve a new gimmick for those who froth the milk to their Gaggia Classic, evolution ... or Pavoni lever machine. Instead of previously having to replace the entire steam pipe, we have a universal 2-hole steam wand which can be used on all 6mm steam pipes developed. Here the product introduction: Material: natural stainless steel, milled from aluminum ;-) Length: 60mm Diameter: 15mm nozzle openings: 2x 0.8 mm nozzle consists of two parts. Screwing both parts of two silicone rings press against hd 7850 inside the steam pipe, dense it 100% and keep the nozzle securely on the tube. The screw must be carried out only by hand, a stripping of the thread or destroying the O-rings is not a limit stop in the interior possible. Here are some impressions: Since the nozzle is drilled through hd 7850 the inside to the bottom, the effective extension of the steam pipe is variable between 5 and 45mm. Thus, one can thus also the somewhat brief steam pipe of the Gaggia domestic machines, sitting on the otherwise Panarello, extend enough and the steam wand does not need to replace mandatory. However, the nozzle hd 7850 fits naturally on the Silvia steam pipe. The first tests were conducted today on my Pavoni (which is since the mill test with the Londinium I am last Saturday again in daily use ...): What can I say? So creamy and homogeneous milk foam I had rarely. While it takes a long time because hd 7850 of the relatively small nozzle hd 7850 openings, but you can theoretically steam until the boiler is empty. The 1000W stage of the Pavoni manages effortlessly hd 7850 to keep the entire foaming the boiler pressure at 1.0 bar. In a Gaggia CC, the result should be something go faster, finally prevails hd 7850 in a single circuit so a higher pressure during foaming. The usual 1400W heating a Gaggia should it also easily create to obtain the vapor pressure. Once I have a Gaggia near, I of course also reports of it. Unless someone wants me here come before. :-D The nozzles can be ordered in our shop from now on. Price is 29,90 incl seals.

Re: New TIDAKA steam wand for Gaggia CC / Pavoni Handhebler and other machines Hi Tobias, I can: Silvia nozzle has a little more than 1.0 mm. From the nozzle opening produces the new nozzle thus has slightly more surface (1.0 mm to 0.79 mm ) For the 1-hole nozzle has just always bothered me that it creates a very strong vortex of the milk while very good in the jug ( manmal and beyond ...) but distributes the folding in of air and texture of the milk was still room for improvement.
Re: New TIDAKA steam wand for Gaggia CC / Pavoni Handhebler and other machinery Clear needs it is certain swirling the milk. This makes the nozzle also still. Only not as strongly directed downward, that the milk flies out of the jug, if it is something fuller. The milk foam with the new nozzle was so creamy and homogeneous as I have it otherwise rarely hinbekommen definitely right away. Especially for beginners foaming could be so much easier, especially if you are still experimenting with the plastic stub of the Gaggia. : Razz:
Re: New TIDAKA steam wand for Gaggia CC / Pavoni Handhebler and other machines, it would be priced to somehow lance below the silvia? I have long been interested for a stub recovery solution. Does the stub does not have enough hd 7850 opportunity to cut a thread on the stummeldüse and then something even unscrew the pipe stub would indeed offer a oring. Composite of the discharge port and the screwed-tubule looking just not available hd 7850 if there is enough material for thread cutting. I'm curious how it turns out. greeting rené
Re: New TIDAKA steam wand for Gaggia CC / Pavoni Handhebler and other machines It is what came of it yet already. The nozzles are ready and cost 27.90. Tinker with the original tube I would not, especially since it would hardly user-friendly. For a handicraft workshop on a single machine maybe an option but certainly not suitable for mass production. In addition, the nozzle fits so to all other machines with 6mm steam pipe.
Re: New TIDAKA steam wand for Gaggia CC / Pavoni Handhebler and other machines I've just looked at the steam pipe my Evo. This ends with a fairly small hole - I would describe it as a nozzle. By mounting your nozzle of the steam would then have two times through a bottleneck (with an expansion hd 7850 in between), if I understand it correctly. I'm very curious to see if it works satisfactorily, press any event (out of pure self-interest) fingers crossed!
Re: New TIDAKA hd 7850 steam wand for Gaggia CC / Pavoni Handhebler and other machines That's right, the original tube of the Gaggia also has a hole at the bottom of e
