From the nozzle opening produces the new nozzle thus has slightly more surface (1.0 mm to 0.79 mm ) For the 1-hole nozzle has just always bothered me that it creates a very strong vortex of the milk while very good in the jug ( manmal and beyond ...) but distributes the folding in of air and texture of the milk was still room for improvement.

Tinker with the original tube I would not, especially since it would hardly user-friendly. For a handicraft workshop on a single machine maybe an option but certainly not suitable for mass production. In addition, the nozzle fits so to all other machines with 6mm steam pipe.

By mounting your nozzle of the steam would then have two times through a bottleneck (with an expansion hd 7850 in between), if I understand it correctly.
