memandnagkan today weekday so long le little kitchen kat tu dah lama .... it feels like to try mieza @ WAWMC.blogspot cilantro rice, com ... le ... my friend who has the same hobby ... enjoy cooking .. ..hubby any new OTS back ... so do not disappoint ... hubby loves ..... 2 .... let's add another plate KESURUPAN
Ingredients: 3 pot basmati rice - rice cooker pot for 3 s / b butter - ghee to 4 shallots - finely shredded 1 inch ginger - thinly 3 cloves garlic - thinly 3 sprigs of coriander -diblender smooth and slightly la pavoni Filter la pavoni green dye salt
follow the syllabus of rice water (1/2 pot so I preferred to be 3 1/2 pot le) 1 cube of chicken (I use anchovies) Material saute 1 inch cinnamon stick 2 star anise 1 CAMT pepper (if you do not want takpe- anak2 cause dislikes) 5 cardamom pods Materials fried onion garnish Sliced Almonds roasted coriander leaves Method: 1. Wash rice and drain. 2. Melt the ghee in a pan. Stir fry until fragrant spices. 3. Put the onion, garlic and ginger and fry until fragrant, add chicken cubes. 4. Then add the rice, cilantro la pavoni who had earlier la pavoni blender and a pinch of salt 5. Add water and cook like regular rice. When the rice is dry dah create some holes and put drops of green food coloring. Wait until the rice is completely cooked and loosen before serving.
