Good morning ..... .... Yesterday Assalammualaikum all incoming turmix dah day 3 we all fasting. Time to break the overnight MA cook Nasi Ayam for breaking meal ...... This le chicken turmix rice set the MA for the night, complete with bean sprouts blanching ala The Chicken Rice Shop again ...... sedapp yummm 3x LE CUBE CHICKEN RICE 4 cups of rice (I use rice siam) 5 1/2 cups water (water of chicken stew, can also use 2 cubes chicken and mix with 1/2 cup water 5) a little salt (salty enough, if we do not need to add salt) 2 tablespoons butter sauteed ingredients: 4 cloves turmix garlic - sliced in 1 "ginger - sliced 4 stalks lemongrass - on tap (MA use a je - at home lemongrass'm done) 3 tbsp oil Method: Wash the rice, drain aside.
