Summer is finally here and has done sweeping. Certainly this year marks the moment that the 'Salamanca: nine months of winter and three of hell', so this time the challenge of Cooking Challenge has been most appropriate. Smoothies and shakes off the heat and enjoy a summer caprichín. CocinArte Nuria has been commissioned to choose and with it we stop to September than in August we take a break. Also in September 40 will meet challenges together so I hope to touch you choose do very well ... -Do not look at anyone.
At home there are a lot of smoothies, mostly because the baby does not do them much attention. So this challenge fitnessblender has been the opportunity to get even with some things I wanted to try for some time. I really wanted to make a strawberry smoothie fitnessblender and had frozen home orchard. They taste that has nothing to do with the purchased, so nothing better than a refreshing smoothie, which is nothing more than a thicker shake than normal because they are usually made with yogurt. The chocolate shake was personal pleasure fitnessblender if not this excuse .... ;) I leave you with the proposals of my housemates: CocinArte, La Quinta de Luculus, Dit i Fet, Cherry blossom, Cuina per a llaminers, The Smell of Coffee and Pikerita. Smoothie fitnessblender strawberry to mint
Ingredients: 500 gr. frozen strawberries. Two natural fitnessblender yoghurt (can be Greeks) 200 ml. milk. Honey 2 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons mint leaves few Preparation: To make a good smoothie fitnessblender with frozen fruit must have a good blender, with power. I've done it in the Thermomix. Just put all the ingredients into the bowl and blend for 2 minutes at speed 6. Chocolate milkshake tonka bean
Ingredients: 40 gr. unsweetened cocoa 200 gr. 60 g ice. 200 gr sugar. 100 ml ice cream. grated tonka bean milk.
