Spring is here and they begin to apetecernos crisp and tasty salads. To me, in particular, I like salads with vegetables, I find delicious, good, refreshing and strong enough to withstand as food and take in my plastic box to work.
By now I sound all Masoor dall lentils, are orange and have been stripped of their skin.
