Well, this post is for someone special to me .. someone I met just now a year old ... is a nice girl, friendly and crazy at the same time, friendly and enforcement maniac, a girl who is pure in heart, blunder but also has fits of madness! The grace of this cookie is the incredible flavor with the combination of species, is a dough made of butter, brown sugar and flour in turn combined with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom and white pepper. Can you imagine the taste??? SPECTACULAR! (I promise to do these homemade cookies for Christmas!) So I used speculoos cream which is basically a cream like nutella or peanut, but with this type cookies. Tell them I bought this boat in Andorra, I doubt that you find it here unless blunder you go to a site that sells Belgian products.

I leave you with the recipe: Source: blunder Emerald with nutella pudding recipe blunder * I've only changed the main ingredient (yes.. blunder Solely haha), ie the nutella by speculoos cream. Ingredients: - 600 ml evaporated milk - 150 gr. spéculos cream * - 60 gr. Torras milk chocolate without sugar (see product here) - 3 tbsp. sucralose or 3 tbsp. sugar - 100 ml. cold milk (I used skim milk) - 3 tbsp. cornstarch To decorate: - Anything chocolate! * The original recipe has 150 gr. nutella Preparation:
When the mixture begins to boil, remove from heat, toss the milk with the cornstarch and we put to simmer for 5 minutes or so. You will notice as the mixture will thicken slightly and will catch a texture with more body
And voila! We have a very very sencillito dessert and yummy! It has a special flavor because speculoos cream that adds a spectacular cookie! As I changed the nutella, you can do the same, you can use peanut butter or creamy froth you like it! Long live the imagination!
