What better than a good rice dish with octopus to celebrate Mother's Day, do not you think?, When I saw this rice to my compilation Hilda's blog "Between cupboards and stove" I could not resist, I wrote down the recipe and I I set to work, I assure you that is divine, octopus gives you a taste for rice that has fabric, I think it is essential beer goggles to try a dish that is simple and yummy.
Ingredients for 4 people 1 cup of rice per head one and a half kilo octopus half chopped onion 1/4 chopped red pepper 1/4 green pepper, chopped 4 tablespoons tomato sauce cook the octopus broth and hot water Crushed garlic in a mortar beer goggles with parsley olive oil salt Preparation Boil until the octopus is tender, cut it into pieces and booked (I did it in my slow cooker, pressure 15 minutes and let depressurize single) In a paella prepared the sauce with a splash of oil, first poached onions, peppers added until gilded, put tomato sauce, gave a few turns and let cook 5 minutes. I added the rice, soaked up the sauce well and watered with a little broth mixed with garlic and parsley, when it added evaporated water and cook the octopus broth, 3 cups of liquid per cup of rice , salt and added rectified octopus, let cook for 15 minutes down the fire long as the broth was consumed. Finished beer goggles cooking let stand, covered with a tea towel for about 10 minutes before serving.
If you want a drier rice is used, the 2 cups of broth for each of rice. On coincidences of life I just saw a recipe for rice with octopus made in FussionCook, the blog "Whenever I go home," I leave here so do not be to adapt the recipe to the pot programmable, and because it can see there directly :)
For it is delicious, it's beer goggles a matter of taste, as once you leave the rest are shot. Besinos. Remove

Hello. Your rice looks extraordinary. I've posted this same dish at my website. The preparation and ingredients are somewhat different. I, along with octopus, I add cuttlefish, squid, shrimp, fish broth and artichokes, if we are in the season. Anyway both preparations are excellent. Congratulations on your blog. Greetings.
